Spring has sprung, have you?

Each year, especially around this time, I am reminded of year's end when folks can't wait to usher in the New year, and with that, their new goals and resolutions!  Spring happens to be one of my favorite times of the year - it signifies many wonderful things: no more layering, more daylight hours, trees and plants beginning to bloom, colors coming alive... I could go on and on.

There's a palpable energy in the air that seems almost infectious and makes one feel like he/she could conquer the world (ok, not quite but you get my drift...).  However, given the inclement weather that's been going on lately, you are probably wondering what's going on.  Don't let this dampen your spirits or your energy - go ahead and tackle that list of things that you've been meaning to get to, begin a new project or take stock of the progress (or lack thereof) on resolutions made at the beginning of the year, and celebrate your achievements thus far.

If you are still in a rut and can't seem to get "unstuck," don't despair.  Perhaps you had a case of the winter blues and just couldn't motivate yourself, or you needed someone to cheer you along, or perhaps you just didn't know how or where to begin.  Whatever your reason(s), take that first step, and begin making the difference that you desire.

Remember, just like spring heralds the dawn of a new day, so too shall there be light for you at the end of the tunnel.

Happy Spring!
